Shipping Policy
The cost of shipping is included in the price of each item. For shipping to Alaska or Hawaii please email amy@palma-living.com
Rugs are shipped from a third party vender via Fedex. In stock rugs will ship within 2-3 business days after purchase.
All other items are shipped via USPS or Fedex. You will receive a tracking number once your item is shipped.

Return & Exchange Policy
All non-defective rug sales are FINAL SALE
Our rug return policy for defective items is 7 days. Only returns or claims made prior to this respective time period will be reviewed. If upon return Palma Living determines there is damage or defect due to usage, the customer will be responsible for the cost of the rug plus all shipping charges. Please email amy@palma-living.com to start a return.

Due to their fragile nature and high cost to ship, all vintage items are FINAL SALE.
If a fragile piece arrives damaged, please send a picture within 24 hours of receiveing item to initiate refund.

We have clearly described and photographed each item to give you an accurate representation of the item. Please take care to read the descriptions and review the measurements and photographs before you purchase.
